Here is an example of a quick program I would normally write for a Fanuc control. I'm just looking for a starting point just so I can start to wrap my head around it and was wondering if anyone out there with experience on Heidenhain or ISO can start me off. I dont think he realized how different the control is compared to what we are used to. and I find I dont know even where to start with programing on this thing. Noone in the shop has been professionally trained, so we are kind of fly by the pants sort of thing. I am mostly self taught on Fanuc controls and MasterCam (9). Nothing fancy at all, just basic stuff really. I was trained as a machinist to work on manual machines, then I got a job a few years back at a shop that does mostly CNC 3-axis stuff.
